AbTaq Accelerator Cocktail-1 (AAC-1) is a PCR enhancer. When used with AbTaq 2.0 Polymerase, AAC-1 increases the PCR reaction tolerance for common PCR inhibitors such as whole blood.

Each lot shows no detectable degradation of RNA when a working concentration of AAC-1 was incubated with 500ng of RNA ladder for 1 hour at 37oC as determined by agarose gel electrophoresis
